• Once article/outfit is sold, it can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with original slip of buying.
  • Articles in discount are not exchangeable.
  • In case if the size is not available, one can issue the voucher for exchange of article but it should not be in any promotion or discounts.
  • For online customers, exchange rules are same as it is applied according to outlet customers.
  • If any article/outfit is found defected, original tags and barcode must be same as it is available at time of purchase, only then the article can be exchanged otherwise brand with not be entitled to exchange.

· For online customers orders can be cancelled if it is accepted and by any channel either by SMS, email, or customer confirmation made than it cannot be cancelled.
